Questions to ask a {city} roof leak repair company
- Can you find the actual source before you quote a repair, not just patch where the ceiling is wet?
- Is this a contained repair, or does it point to a bigger problem with the roof?
- Will you check the attic and insulation for existing water damage, not just the roof surface?
- What's your timeline if it's actively raining versus once it's dry?
- Do you offer a temporary tarp while a full repair is scheduled?
- What's covered by a workmanship warranty on the repair itself?
